Really cool concept, the idea of "drawing" is a really interesting mechanic. I actually had this idea a few years ago, I was gonna call it "Sex For Glory!" but I started working on it but it ended up not like this at all and it's become its own thing by now, but you've really captured the Sierra Quest game feel, better than I did - well done! I'll be following this project.

Might be a bit of a mix, I read a lot of fantasy from American authors, but we use British English in New Zealand so will probably be closer to that.
Can futa/gynomorph stuff be added, including the player character getting fucked?
Absolutely, already have plans for this, probably a few updates down the line but definitely coming!
I don't know the transformation would have to be something unusual or at least no simple ork like monster or the overused tentacle thing.
That came to mind right away and appeared boring.
